RUMMĀN | YEMEN | 100% Arabica
Take a sip of Rumman and travel back to the birthplace of arabica coffee, the land of Yemen, where the ancient Sufis gathered around and brewed this potent beverage. It is there, in Yemen, that coffee was exclusively cultivated and exported around the world through the desert caravans and the port of “Mocha”.
Now, after years of political instability and endless wars, Yemen’s coffee story is much different. We, at Qahwah, aim to make a difference by spreading the fame of Yemeni coffee and by being the first coffee roasters to bring single origin arabica coffee beans from the highlands of Yemen to homes in Pakistan.
It has complex tasting notes which range from citrus to chocolate and aromas of caramel, hazelnut and chocolate.
It has the hallmarks of a natural fruity character. It is clean and sweet with a bright acidity and a complexity that sets it apart. A must try for those who enjoy fruity, sweet & bright coffees and a perfect combination with the V60, Chemex, French Press and Moka Pot. Any drip or immersion method can be used to get the most out of this coffee.
