Harir is a single origin from Vietnam.
For many, Vietnam would not be associated with single origin coffee, however it is a coffee giant being the second largest world coffee exporter. You may not have heard of it as the majority of coffee grown in Vietnam is Robusta which is used in instant coffee and low-grade blends. This overshadows the high-grade coffee trade of Vietnamese Arabica.
However, a group of passionate Vietnamese producers are working towards developing the Arabica coffee market and we at Qahwah have partnered with them to bring to you the rare 100% Vietnamese Arabica coffee beans.
It has complex tasting notes which range from sour to chocolate and aromas of nutty, fruits and chocolate.
It has the hallmarks of a natural fruity character. A must try for those who enjoy fruity, sour & bright coffees and a perfect combination with the V60, Chemex, French Press and Moka Pot. Any drip or immersion method can be used to get the most out of this coffee.
